General Mills produces Bisquick and at its plant in the East Bottoms of Kansas City.
The plant, which also produces flour, opened in 1922.
According to General Mills, the plant now produces 2.7 million pounds of flour as well as dry baking products (such as Bisquick) every day and is one of the largest mills in North America.
