Colgate-Palmolive once manufactured Irish Spring bar soap (and other soap) at its factory in the Armourdale area of Kansas City, KS.
The Colgate-Palmolive plant was sold to VVF in 2007. Colgate-Palmolive now contracts third parties (such as VVF) to make its bar soap and VVF continues to make bar soap at the KCK factory, so it’s possible that Irish Spring is still made in KCK.
VVF is the largest contract bar soap manufacturer in the world. VVF also makes other unnamed contract personal care products for numerous brands at its KCK factory.
